Delivery Procedures and Timescales

New Zealand Shipping:
Orders are typically dispatched by NZ courier companies within 7 to 8 working days of date of purchase, but due to supply, there can sometimes be a minor delay. Please feel free to contact us if you’ve not received your order within 12 working days.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been picked and dispatched you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link for every parcel on its way to you. With this link you can track the progress of your deliveries.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note, these timeframes are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, depot processing time and public holidays. There may also be a slight delay during peak sale or promotional periods.

NZ Rural Areas	4-7 business days
Inter-Island	Up to 7 business days

Shipping provider you use?

All orders are shipped via Courier Post. 

How much does my delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all New Zealand orders over $150 (excluding 'Final Clearance' items). Otherwise, shipping is $6.95.

Additional shipping charges may apply to bulky or fragile items. All 'Final Clearance' items will be charged a flat fee of $6.95

Will you give me my money back if my order does not get to me within the average days or if the courier calls when I am not in?

Unfortunately, as we do not make deliveries ourselves, we are relying on several couriers to get your goods to you. Getting a parcel across the country is not always easy and things can sometimes go wrong. Although we are normally able to achieve very fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that your order will be with you within a specific timeframe and predicted delivery dates times are estimates only. Although you have the right to cancel if your order misses any deadline you might have, we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost and you will have to pay for the goods to be brought back to us before a refund is issued.
